How we are organized

The VIESSE GROUP Management owns a functional facility
divided into areas of competence:
  • Marketing, research and development area: it searches for new
    opportunities, analyzes the demands of Clients providing new expertise
    and solutions. It individualizes the strategic marketing guidelines and
    it manages the global image of the group.
  • Technical and quality area: it ensures and guarantees quality levels
    which comply to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 Standards. It is responsible
    for safety pursuant to Legislative Decree 626/94, waste disposal regulations
    and respect of the environment. In compliance to what required
    by L.D. 155/97 it conducts all the sensorial, biological, procedural
    and instrumental tests to ensure compliance with required levels of hygiene,
    health and quality. It implements an environmental management system
    to ensure systematic compliance with ISO 14001:2004 environmental
    standards. It manages all training activities at all levels and also acts
    as an observatory for all technical standards and regulations.
  • Commercial and sales area: it organises commercial campaigns to identify
    the actual demands of Clients, it is responsible for the acquisition of orders,
    contracts, client relations and it also manages the sales network on the territory.
  • Operational area: it is responsible for the organisational and operational
    management of all the public and private tender contracts.
    It uses its own inspectors to ensure all work complies with the laws in force,
    contract specifications and corporate quality standards.
  • Human Resources area: it is responsible for recruiting, hiring and training
    personnel. It pays particular attention to the evaluation of requisites such
    as sincerity and honesty of all the collaborators to guarantee maximum
    reliability.
  • Purchasing and logistics area: it is responsible for the purchasing
    and management of general services and for the group's warehouses
    (head office, agencies and depots at worksites). It handles the maintenance
    of all the equipment, it sorts or supplies the products needed for the correct
    execution of certain jobs.
  • Administration area: it is responsible for the administration of the group
    and all accounting, human resource management and relations with
    Authorities, Institutes and Associations.
  • Finance area: it searches for, acquires and manages the financial resources
    needed to support the investments made by the entire group.
