Our group has a client-orientated mission which focuses on the integrated management of all the services, from buildings to workspace, that make a person's life and job more enjoyable and safe. It is a business discipline related to the coordination of the physical workspace with the human resources and the firm’s specific activity. It is an integrated approach that includes the development and the implementation of policies, standards and processes that support the main activities, so that the company is able adapt to changes and improve its effectiveness. What does Outsourcing mean? For us it means serving and satisfying the clients who have chosen us to outsource their non-strategic activities. "Outsourcing" refers to all the management activities performed by an operator who does not work for the Client company, for a rather long period of time (a few years) and agreed by the parties in a contract so that the same is then free to focus on his own core business. Such continuous services are provided according to the type of contract signed, which defines the service procedures and level of outsourcing. It is also a type of contract for management services for infrastructures and the environment provided by an external operator to whom the Client transfers the assets involved in the management and, in some cases, also part of internal personnel. What does Core Business mean? The area or areas of business that constitute the strategic facility of a company, according to the relative expertise and know-how of the same. Strategic facility means the combination of the businesses in which the company is able to compete and the combination of all interrelations. What does Global Service mean? All the space dedicated to civil works, systems and fittings, indoor and outdoor areas and people constitutes are the core services that comprise our global range of infrastructures and technological facilities. It is a contract that refers to a plurality of substitutive services for standard maintenance activities where the results are the full liability of the contractor (UNI 10685). What does Problem Solving mean? In our mind it means supplying optimal solutions to those daily problems that do not allow the client to focus on their own “core business.” What does Partnership mean? It means achieving a positive synergy between our performance and services and a Client’s business results. That is, a relationship between two subjects that interact with the purpose of reaching an optimal result for both parties. They share know-how, expertise, risks and results. What do we mean by Efficacy? The aptitude of a concern to satisfy a request for services with specific quality characteristics. What do we mean by Efficiency? Constant high performance by a firm’s operations. What do we mean by Inexpensive? A combination of the conditions related to savings of resources (human, energy, materials, equipment, work). What do we mean by Demand? What is considered to be essential in order for a company to conduct its business (UNI 7867). What do we mean by Maintenance? The combination of all the technical and administrative activities, including supervision work, which aim to maintain or return a plant to a condition where it can perform the required functions (UNI 10147-9910). What is a Service Level Agreement (sla)? It is an agreement between the client and the supplier regarding the quality, the time-frames and the cost of the facility service. What do we mean by Competitive Advantage? For us it means the ability of our firm to create “value” for its buyers which is higher than the expense incurred by the company to create it. To have a competitive advantage means, therefore, to conduct one’s business in a more economic or effective way than our competitors
