This means VIESSE is able to provide its Clients with managers and operators who are adequately trained to respond to their demands, and also complete the range of services offered with an outsourced theory-practice training programme which is customised to suit the Client's own employees. Training means much to our Group than a simple phase of acquisition of knowledge from lecturers. Training means supporting and enabling an important, irreversible and delicate process of change, where the chosen candidate places himself on the line, metabolising not simply a new know-how and new savoir-fare, but also a new way of being with regards to the role he will be required to cover. We want to develop a new type of group which is specialised in training new temporary workers, we want to do it differently and we want to be able to generate value over time for the community, our Clients and the workers we train.
